The Pristine Peace of Mind:
Our guarantee that you if aren't satisfied with your purchase, you can exchange or return the vehicle within 3 days or 300 Miles (whichever comes first) without a hassle. To return or exchange your Vehicle, you must let us know by 5PM on the 3rd calendar day after receiving your Vehicle. The Vehicle cannot have more than 300 Miles driven on it since you received it. We cannot return or exchange your Vehicle if the car has been modified, in an accident or damaged, altered from the condition it was delivered in, or had a lien or other encumbrance put on the vehicle (other than Pristine Motorsports Retail Installment Contract). If Pristine Motorsports shipped the Vehicle to you, the delivery/shipping fee will not be refunded, and you will be responsible for delivery/shipping fees (if they apply) to return the Vehicle. If you choose to exchange, the 2nd Vehicle will not come with our 3 Day guarantee. You also understand that in order to facilitate the purchase of a Replacement Vehicle, you will be required to obtain new financing for the Replacement Vehicle. If you choose to return the Vehicle for a refund, you will be refunded any amounts paid to Pristine Motorsports, less the delivery/shipping fee, and $20 for the Temporary Tag. You understand that should you return the Vehicle damaged in any way, we may decline to accept the return of the Vehicle or deduct from your down payment the cost of repairing any damage to the Vehicle while the Vehicle was in your possession. Should you elect to exchange the Vehicle, you agree to execute any and all documents reasonably requested by us in order to conclude this exchange, including but not limited to new credit applications, retail installment sales contracts, buyers orders, and any other closing documents.Â
